AUTHENTIC NATURAL GELATO
Our gelato is natural because it is free of preservatives, dyes, flavors and additives. It is artisanal, because we do not use bases, and we make it from selected raw materials. Our fruit flavors, for which we choose only fresh, seasonal fruit, are sorbets, contain no milk, and are suitable for those who choose a vegan diet.
GELATO
Our gelato is the result of months of research and development, testing and selection of raw materials to arrive at our current “perfectly balanced” recipe. It is creamy and contains no hydrogenated fats, plus all our flavors are gluten-free. To prepare the dried fruit flavors, we roast it in the morning and, turned into pure pesto, use it immediately for production. Flavors with chocolate, on the other hand, we prepare exclusively using Crea chocolate.

We prepare various gelato cakes, milkshakes, fruit smoothies, cookies, spreadable creams, chocolates, dragées, chocolate, dried fruit, sweet popcorn, hot chocolate, tiramisu. In our stores, you can discover and enjoy all CREA products with or without gelato.

Since 1978, CREA has been importing high-quality raw materials. It is from these that we produce semi-finished products of dried fruit, cocoa derivatives, fine chocolate, natural and artisanal gelato, with meticulous control of the entire production chain and the flexibility of our manufacturing process.
